Has anyone heard if the July 2010 training academy was pushed to January 2011 or is the January 2011 training completely separate?

There is an academy starting mid July with roughly 25 recruits and another starting in January.

Any more information on the tests for next month? I havent gotten a letter back yet, just trying to plan things around work!

just got my letter yesterday about the written test July 10, 12, 13. it also says if you have taken a CWH test they will accept it?? anyone done this before? is it better to take it again and try and get a better score?? thanks for any info!!

They're asking if you've taken it before because you can't take the CWH test more than once in a 12-month period...If you've taken it somewhere else they'll call the place you've taken it and find out your score. Its just a rule that the CHW people do to prevent cheating I guess. I think passing for PWC is 75%...

I had already taken a CWH test at Chesapeake so i called down they told me they accepted my Chesapeake score and all I had to do was complete the packet and send it in on time. So I completed the packet sent it in and got a call Monday telling me they made a mistake and they do not accept Chesapeake test? So I'm out of the process. kinda sucks.

I got my postcard stating that I had passed, I would imagine that everyone should hear more by like mid august? That gives everyone about a months notice for the CPAT, just like it was about a months notice for the written. Anybody know how many positions they're looking to fill?

I tried calling but didnt get to anyone who could give info on the process. The woman I spoke to did say that they were starting an application process and written exams so they're most likely tied up with that at the moment
