    Default finding someone who knows

Recently we bought an engine that used to be in service with the city of Ottawa Canada.
Was wondering if any of the forum posters might know how to get ahold of someone from the Ottawa Fire Dept. who might know something of the history of the engine. I have found a guy who apperently shot some pics of the truck while it was in service but hes not a memeber of the department, so the info im looking for hes got no clue about.
    If anyone can help thanks!

Or ask Scarecrow, he's probably on expert on used Canadian fire apparatus along with everything else.

    I found this address, @ http://www.firemuseumnetwork.org/directory/can.html

    Musee Bytown Fire Brigade Museum
    1-2880 Shefield Road
    Ottawa, ON K1B 1A4
    (613) 744-0595

If a fire buff does not have a lead for you no one probably has.
    Good luck.
