Round three is, what?

Well this Friday I didn't rush to the computer at 5 in the morning, but when I did and saw no emails from FEMA/AFG, and then no awards issued for round three on the AFG website, I remembered the weather.
Then I remembered that the awards were supposedly to be computer generated. With 6 rounds left including round 3, I would have thought there would be several hundred new awardees today.

Maybe its just late this morning. Or maybe its another one of those 2009 AFG anomalies.

The award notices were sent via email this morning and they are posted on the AFG website. There were about 350 awards.
