Seated Riding Positions Question

Are flip down seats with seatbelts considered "seated riding positions"

if they were delivered from the factory as legal seating positions, YES . I'll guess you are counting for for packs or radios.

Thanks Islandfire. I just heard back from FEMA and they confirmed your statement.

Their policy is that a fold down seat with a seat belt is a seated riding position.

and yes, I am counting seats for SCBA and radios...
