Does the system being down have anything to do with more 1199s or DJs going out?
Probably has more to do with catching up with the original 1199A notifications. Original estimates were 3,000 were sent out in the beginning. With 2400 awards there still exists around 600 remaining which equals 1 round of awards. There is at least 2,000 more 1199A's to be sent based on 5,000 awards for 2009. That means we should be seeing another flurry of 1199A's real soon.Quote:

22 in first 2 rounds...nothing since. Glad ours was round 1, our county got 3 of these for roughly $150,000 worth of equipment.
Has anyone noticed in looking through the awards any regional grants being awarded to date this year? In my quick glances I haven't noticed any being awarded.

Well you certainly can't argue for more money after an award announcement. Were you initially reduced and accepted the reduction, or was your application for $190,000?Quote:
