    Default All but given up

Got confirmation on 1199 acceptance on 1/14. Still no signs of 10Q's. I have just about given up for this year.

Call and tell them you don't want he grant anymore then. There are many others who would love to be in your position.

(I have 1199As from December with no movement yet. Just relax, it will come.)

Hang in there. I believe I got my reduction in October (maybe Nov), my 1199 in Dec, my 10Qs in Jan, my reduction notice in Feb, and still no award. This process moves very slow.

There should be a flurry of 1199A's and q's coming. Based on facts and figures, there was estimated to be 3,000 awards in the pipeline. To date just over 2,400 have been awarded meaning only 600 left ready to be awarded which is equal to 1 round of awards. With about 5,000 awards to be made means 2,000 applicants should start seeing 1199A's and/or q's.

No kidding its moving slow. So much lateness and delays involved in this year is incredible. Frankly I think your probably in the middle and sure as heck not bringing up the rear. Even if you are, its better than some of us waiting for any hint of a change with some of our applications.

Look at Miss medstudent. She was way more impatient than you are and about to freak out, went on a rant of worry right here on the forums and then bango! Got her 10Qs a couple hours later. Maybe the same will happen for you.

We expect you to start a thread when you get your 10Qs and award now.

Received phone call from grant specialist this morning, questioning to see if received 10 Q's. I had not. Inquired when it was emailed and was told approximately 2 weeks ago. So I found out that it had gotten lost in cyberspace somewhere. They had correct email address on file. But I now have 10q's in my possession and working on getting them answered.

I had the same issue with the e-mail. The GMS told me the 10Q's had been e-mailed on January 14th, but we never received them. They tried to send an e-mail while I was on the phone and I still did not receive it. The e-mail address was correct, apparantly it was lost somewhere. This was for an OPS grant and the same thing happened to our vehicle grant this year.
