    Default Call rates in small cities

    Can anyone point me towards some statistics on average call rates in small towns of about 15,000-25,000?

    We cover a rural fire district with 17,000 residents over 160 square miles.

    Last year we did almost 1400 runs - about 85% EMS First Response (no transport).
