Tip leads to arrest of cattle rustler
Canwest News Service February 24, 2010 2:06 AM
The B.C. Cattlemen's Association has handed out a $2,000 reward after a tip from the public led to the arrest and conviction of a man for cattle rustling. According to a statement from the association, Peter Ginter of the Oliver area was found guilty of theft under $5,000 and received two years probation after RCMP found the carcass of a stolen animal hanging in a shed on Ginter's property. The recipients of the reward were not named.

If you've ever seen "Big Jake",you'd know I screwed the quote up.
I do have a Colt, though the only Winchesters I have are shotgun shells. My Dad left me his 1864-1964 Montana Centennial Commemorative. It's been relegated to permanent gun cabinet queen status. It won't be fired again as long as I'm still sucking air.

Cattle rustling has become a much bigger problem as cattle have begun to wear corduroy pants.
