    Default Backup Generator

Is a backup generator project given higher priority for stations that are "full-time" and also have sleeping quarters?

    From the PG:

The frequency of use would have a direct bearing on the benefits to be derived from grant funds. In addition, the frequency and duration of a facility’s occupancy have a direct relationship to the benefits to be realized from awards made under this activity. As such, facilities occupied or otherwise in use, 24-hours-per-day and 7-days-per-week will receive the highest competitive rating. Requests involving facilities that have sleeping quarters will receive a higher competitive rating. Facilities that do not have sleeping quarters and facilities that are used less than full time will receive lower consideration. Facilities used only occasionally, or on an irregular or part-time basis, will receive the lowest consideration.
There are 6 areas under station modifications of which generators has the lowest priority.

I know i've seen that language a thousand times, but I've read the PG so many times that its all starting to become a blur.

Not for nuttin, but we were awarded 2 generators for our 2 stations in 2007. Neither is full time, neither has sleeping quarters, neither has daily occupancy.
