Default NFPA Standard for Hand Tools

I know that NFPA 1901 requires axes on apparatus and all the other good stuff to go with it, but is there a standard that requires when those small items such as the axes and pike poles, etc are to be replaced? I know we generally accept that they should be replaced every 10 years or as operationally required, but just trying to find it in writing. I have searched nfpa.org and was not able to find a standard for those types of tools. Maybe I'm just not using the right key word.

Nothing that I'm aware of that specifically provides a time frame for replacement, but NFPA 1500 6.5.9 addresses replacing equipment that is defective.
