    Default 100 inch apparatus

We have a debate going on about the 100 inch wide apparatus. One side says the extra width goes into the cabinetry while another opinion is that it goes into the hosebed. Which is right? Does it depend on the mfg or is it optional?

It can be both. The body for sure, for example a 98" body can have a 68" hosebed. By widening the body to 101 you can possibly widen the hosebed to 71". It all depends on the engineering.

Body config dictates everything. Items such as full height full depth, through the tank storage and water/foam tanks all factor in to the hosebed.

It can be alot more complex but thats my short version. Just my .02

This can be kind of tricky, because some body builders will put hosebed as wide as you'd like over top of the compartments. It won't be very deep, but the bed will be quite wide...

I doubt that I am the only person reading the forum that nearly had a heart attack reading the message name. Thank heavens it was about width and not length.
