Tomorrow, I'll be shaving my head for the St. Baldricks Foundation. For those of you that don't know, it's an organization that helps fund cancer research, primarily for children. But in the long run it will help anyone with cancer out, as it's all going for a longterm goal of better treatment or a cure for cancers.
Heres the link to my donation page, https://www.stbaldricks.org/particip...inniecatenacci
If you can help, that's great. If you can't, thanks for looking anyway. I know it's short notice, but we just figured we were going as a crew yesterday.
Again, I apologize if this is in the wrong place, or if it violates the ToS.

It is not the wrong place....
It is a noble and worthy cause.
PS: post "before and after" pics!

"The education of a firefighter and the continued education of a firefighter is what makes "real" firefighters. Continuous skill development is the core of progressive firefighting. We learn by doing and doing it again and again, both on the training ground and the fireground."

I am proud of you kiddo. We both know how cancer has ravaged our family. All research into treatment, and prevention, of cancer are good causes.
Good luck, I hope you bring in a ton of donations.“The person who risks nothing, does nothing, has nothing, is nothing, and becomes nothing. He may avoid suffering and sorrow, but he simply cannot learn and feel and change and grow and love and live.” Leo F. Buscaglia
This place gets weirder and weirder every day...

Do you know if they can take a donation through Pay Pal?

Let me look into it. I thought you could but I'm not sure.
Edit: It doesn't look like it. It looks like it's credit or debit card only, which seems, behind the times. I can't believe they don't have a paypal system set up.
If someone can prove me wrong, that would be great, but I looked around, and searched on the site, and couldn't find a paypal option.Last edited by Chenzo; 03-16-2010 at 08:10 PM.
