About LinkBacksDUI will be hosting "Risk Management for Public Safety Divers" on March 26. The cost is $10 and includes lunch. In the afternoon, the International Association of Dive Rescue Specialists will conduct a Public Safety Diver Challenge where the winners will qualify for $1,000 cash and $500 travel stipends to the "international finals" competition scheduled in September in Charlotte, NC.
