Hey everyone, I've got a couple of oral board interviews coming up next week and was wondering what kind of questions I might expect and how different is a board interview from a chief interview? By the way I'm in Texas if that matters.

Use the search button and you'll find lots of threads about the questions out there.
The Board interview should be more structured and less personal for you. Usually there is a set number of questions that everyone gets asked and they look for certain points or thought processes and award credit based on that.
The Chief's interview is usually a little more personal. Often, at this point the person/people conducting the hiring process have decided you're someone they want to hire (by way of testing and background investigations). They are presenting you to the Chief so he/she can meet you and agree with their recommendation to hire you.
Good luck!
