Tough book or Data 911? We are going to get MDC's finally but everyone around use uses tough books and are going to start replacing the tough books with Data 911 MDC's. Any thoughts, the Data 911's look nicer and more clean, take up less room but the tough book can easily move to our reserve apparatus etc. Any thoughts?
We have some Toughbooks but have never used (or seen) Data 911. We also run regular Dell laptops. The Dell does not last as long in the vehicle, but at $500 for the Dell and $1600 for the semi rugged Toughbook, if it lasts 3-4 years, you can buy two.
