Found a couple reductions last week too, haven't had time to check yet this week. Figured if denials are coming before Friday no sense in going nuts checking since we'll know soon enough...

Any sense if the recent 199As have come from apps with reductions posted mid to late december?

I've got 2 of those still hanging around with no movement since...

One reduction that got the 1199A last Monday was reduced the week before. A few are still hanging around from December. No apparent rhyme or reason to it.

Got an 1199 last week for a regional project - there have been no reductions to the budget to date - if that helps.

We are in the same boat here ! We are still sitting with a reduction on our equipment grant application which was found on just prior to Christmas. I keep patiently watching our previous awards awaiting for an 1199a to hopefully show up soon or later.

Now I have a question; If tech review receives these app in order in which they are to be awarded, why are some people seeing reductions in the past few weeks and getting the 1199a's and the ten questions, while others like mine have seen a reduction last December and haven't head anything since? Or does tech review put these in order of awards?

Making it up as they go along is probably the only reason...but considering that FP, SAFER, 2009 AFG, and 2010 AFG are all hitting at the same time with the same 40 people working it all not really anything to get worked up over. People can only do so much and it's not for a lack of trying. Their software systems are a big part of the issue.
