My department is looking in to putting together a lockout/tagout kit. Anyone have any suggestions? Also, do any of your departments have any S.O.G.'s or certain procedures that are used for lockout/tagout?

Buy one of the kits commercially available through Graingers or a Safety Supplier. They come with all the necessary equipment & documents as well as a box for it all, plus in the end it is way cheaper than putting together your own kit, by the time you get done buying everything seperately.
