    Default AFG for EMS

Looks like only $4,449,434.00 has been released for strictly EMS services. That is less than half that was appropriated.

I'm just wondering and maybe this has been addressed here before, is there any correlation to the round you were awarded and how well the app scored? We went in round 3 so did our app score higher than awards in later rounds or is it just luck of the draw?

For the most part yes....but the AFG could deviate from that format to spread awards out relatively evenly throughout geographical regions.
