    Default Weight vest

Would training with a weighted vest be helpful to be ready for firefighting?

Absolutely, just dont run with one on.

I really enjoy the stairclimber with one on.

I got a 40# off ebay. The same type my dept uses for PAT.

Great when you: drag a tire, flip a tire, stairmill, sledgehammer work, farmer's carry, deadlifts, squats, walk up any incline, lunges ...just about anything.

    I love mine.
