New guy on the block

Hey Guys,

My name is John, I am 28, married with a baby on the way, I live in florida, mainly south Florida and I just got out of the Fire academy down here, I have been working for the past year as a EMT with a private ambulance company and now hoping to be one of the lucky few to get a job in such a sparse market. I hope to gain alot of useful information from this forum and i always welcome comments.

How are you Mr. Hartman? My name is Artravius Addison. I also live/from Florida but im currently in Kansas finishing up my degree. I will be graduating this time next year and plan to start a fire fighter program somewhere or possibly getting my feet wet in other fire science opportunities. Do you ahve any suggestions or possible information that could help me?
