    Default Ladder Rescue?

Well lastnight with my recruit class we were throwing ladders and practicing victim rescue of ladders.

I will admit I am a little nervous while on the ladders still. But I am getting comfortable the more we do it.

So last night we were doing unconscious body forward rescue. I am a smaller guy so this diffidently isn't an easy thing for me. Going down they had me stop and were telling me to take deep breaths and calm down. I felt fairly calm myself other then breathing a little heavy. But it seems the rest of my body wasn't feeling as calm as I thought I was. Apparently my legs and arms were shaking alot. Enough to make the ones watching have to make sure I was doing ok.

Anyone have this happen to them? Where you feel calm but your body isn't agreeing with you. Have any tips or ideas of how to get over this? Or is it just something I am going to have to hope goes away the more I do it?
