Help with narrative

This is our first attempt at this and we are applying for 6 zoll monitors and turnout gear for 50 employees. Anyone pass a grant and would be interested in sharing thier narrative? We are a stand alone EMS. With a mix of POC and FT paid employees.

First off, you are going to really have to pleed to get 6 monitors. thee is not much funding for just EMS. Secondly, you are not likely to get turnouts for EMS. Maybe some jumpsuits, but my recommendation is to pursue either or, not both. do consecutive years. Which of the above is needed more this year? which can wait?

You might be right on the monitors but getting ems compliant gear is high on the list. I recieved a grant a couple of years ago to put turnout on 40 full time. head to toe. It can not be fire turn out but globe and a couple of others have nfpa ems compliant gear. back then it was about 900 bucks complete.
