My boyfriend just finished the academy in January and recently got a job a few weeks ago. His birthday is coming up and I wanted to get him something fire related to show Iím very proud. I found a really cool watch that allows you to get something engraved on the back. I was going to get his name, but I also wanted something else on there that was related to fire. So I was wondering if yall knew of a short (Only allow 3 lines with 18 characters each) phrase or saying (can be in Latin) that would be special on there. I would love if it was something about keeping him safe or being proud of his job. Something along those lines. Thank you so much in advance for any suggestions!!!!

im not a female, so not sure if i should be posting on here, but if my girlfriend where to get something engraved for me, i would want it to be something from the movie fireproof to show how much she cares.Firefighters need not fear fire, but give it all their respect.

I would credit both of these if I could remember where they originated, but I sho'nuff wish I had thought of them:
Omnis cedo domus
- "Everyone goes home" in (dreadful) Latin
- As in: You have "One as-te-risk".

I like to plan ahead so I don't have to work just this minute.
I'm retired. So my perspective has changed.Politics is like driving. To go forward select "D", to go backward select "R."
