Third fire in about a year. No fault of theirs, just bad luck with contract services installing their equipment. I was incident commander for all three fires. At least it makes our statistics look good, each fire was about a $50,000 loss but a $6.5 million dollar save!!

Maybe a call to the State Board of Contractors is in order. Who knows what other problems are out there, because of the vendor.

I should think their insurance company would be pursuing that pretty aggressively. Three $50K losses is still $150,000 out of their pocket.Opinions my own. Standard disclaimers apply.

We have had 2 fires in the same location in a neighboring town in the past year. Both were started the same way, by the same contractor. You would think after the first 4 day multimillion dollar loss fire that the contractor would have been sent packing, but i guess some people dont really learn.

I think I would be changing my contracting person!
