Help Needed - Command Vehicle Narrative

My company just decided that they want to try and go after a grant for a command vehicle. As it is kind of last minute, I am hoping that someone out there will be willing to share a grant narrative that was successful for them in obtaining a command vehicle.

I am looking for a narrative not to use in its entirity, however to give me some guidance on what I should focus my bullet points on. If you have one and are willing to share it, please forward it to me at cowmed201@aol.com.

I knew that....I figured he must have meant something like a rescue.....was just trying to find out.

BTW...Way Way Way to late in the game to be just jumping in............
