Wondering if anyone had some info on grant programss for Warning Sirens. We currently have only 1 for a 36 sq mile rural area. Would like to try to add 4.

Look through this thread (Tornado/Warning Siren) and see what you find.

Look into a service called CodeRED. It is a telephone notifacation system. Works great here and much cheaper than even one siren. There is a yearly cost involved however. Costs here are about 11K/year.
