    Does anybody know when the 2010 station grants will open???

    It will not be one. That was a one shot deal last year. The only other option is your local USDA and that may be just a low interest’s loan at best.

    The USDA definately prefers to do loans versus grants. You have to actually get them to evaluate your fundability as they will let you talk yourself in settling for a loan.
