I have been tasked with updating our driver training/safety SOP. We are a combination department and have volunteers that respond in POV's and in station equipment. I am needing to update our policies to cover licensing, light usage, seatbelts, safety...the whole gammet of driver training and safety. I figured that there is no need to reinvent the wheel, and figured I would ask on here. If anyone would be willing to send me a copy of your station's SOP, SOG/policy on driving, driver training, and/or vehicle safety, I would greatly appreciate it. Any policy that you think covers drivers and driving will be helpful. I can be reached at washingtontire@hotmail.com Thanks!
