I'm a volunteer EMS/Firefighter and was just terminated due to tardies and missing shifts. After explaining if I was gone it was either with the National Guard (I have an appointment with the ESGR rep tomorrow) or on a call, they stated doesn't matter. I was told about New Mexico having the protection act but I am having difficulty locating it. Anyone have information on this?
