2010 AFG Cost Allowances

Now that we are seeing some movement on the 2010 AFG it's time to start another data base for cost allowances. For those that have seen reductions in costs please post the item(s) with the cost. Some stuff is self explanatory while others such as apparatus, cascade systems etc. are not. Please provide a brief description to better catergorize the items ex. type of apparatus, pump size, tank size, size of aerial, type of cab, CAFS equipped etc.

I just found a reduction today- $30K for a cardiac monitor, down from $35K.

Last time I looked was Friday.

I believe that is an icnrease over what was allowed last year. I had reductions last year to just $25K.

At least one was awarded in 2009 for $33,000.

SCBA mounted bailout systems were reduced to $450. I had requested $900, thats going to leave us with a lot of local funds needed.
