You put it under a leaky fitting on a hose reel.
Otherwise, i have no idea.

Looking at that pic I have no idea.
They look like a couple of plastic buckets you'd pick up at Home Depot or Lowe's.
The only thing I can guess is they put forestry hose in the buckets and use the buckets to lay out the hose.
Those buckets have reels inside for air hose/electric cord with a cut-out on the side for deploying it.
We have some for electric cord. Work pretty nice actually. I like them better than the little manual reels we have for cord.Quote:
