Anybody know the certs required to get into this base?

Anything IFSAC, PROBOARD, or DOD. California certs will not transfer to DOD certs, I know I tried. But you could always "latteral" over to them if they let you. Or if you can get on, they might let you do CDC courses so you can get the certs you need. I hope this helps.
