Default GSM alarm range inside buildings

I'm wanting to link 2-6 AEDs within one building complex, on one floor. There is a sending unit tripped by a magnetic sensor in each cabinet.

I don't see any signal boosters on the market - I imagine GSM is LOS and dies fast? Can it hand off from one sending unit to another? This is using a standard burglar alarm setup with a home panel at the security desk.

Any expertise/advice appreciated on how to monitor them as a group.

What does GSM have to do with any of this???

Nobody here can give you any suggestions until you explain how this system is designed right now. We can't just make things up and we can't read your mind either.
Even the burger-flippers at McDonald's probably have some McWackers.

I do apologize - I have researched alarm 'zones' in the meantime and think I have a handle on it now.
