Is this covered by Community College System or is it at a additional cost ?

I had the tremendous opportunity to participate in BRR yesterday in Gloucester County NJ. Billy does a great job with the class and provided us with some pretty challenging scenarios. It is also a great opportunity to work with the tow operators and get familiar with what they can do with their machines.
