Workplace tension, due to the different generations in today’s workplace, is a topic getting a lot of discussion. The combination, influx of women, minorities, and people with different sexual orientations has made things interesting for today’s supervisors. These concerns especially apply to the historically conservative culture in the fire service. This presentation describes the values of the four different generations and what it takes to get along.
