Prairie Twp Fire - Franklin County

I'm looking for some information on Prairie Twp in Franklin county. My fiancee thinks they are a full time/volunteer department. She was a girl scout leader and took her troop for a tour of the station last year and says there weren't enough firefighters to staff more than the squad and engine at the most.

Does anyone have any information about the department or know if they have volunteers?
