    Default 10 Year 9/11 Anniversary plans

    Plans are underway to get the 10 Yr 9/11 Anniversary Patches on all uniforms throughout 2011. This national event will be kicked off by the entry of the 9/11 Tribute Float in this coming Pasadena Tournament of Roses. The float, designed by L.A. County Firefighter Jerry Thomsen, will feature life size images of both 10 Year patches. This float will be in view of over 1,000,000 spectators on site and 51 million television viewers around the world.

    The 10 Year 9/11 Anniversary plans are supported by the FDNY Uniformed Fire Officers Association and the Terry Farrell Firefighter Fund.

    Please introduce the project to your organization. Organizations are expected to begin earing the patches beginning January 1st, 2011. More info on the website:
