I know there has been a lot of discussion on NFPA 1500. My question is has OSHA adopted all of NFPA 1500 or just the 2in/2out part. I know NFPA is not law but if OSHA it adopts is then law.

No, it has not adopted it as the entire thing. All of the little aspects would make it cost prohibitive to 99 percent of the country
