Commercial Bldg. Fires vs Res. Fires

Department SOPs and SOGs regarding Commercial Bldg. Fires vs Res. Fires.
These aren't specific questions just examples of questions.Who: will go in? RIC, Ladder Crew (generic term b/c most depts. dont have dedicated ladder companies), engine crew?
What:(1st alarm) resources will you have responding? exposure protection,?
Where: where will vent. ops take place, fire attack?
How: horizontal vent, vertical, 2 1/2 line with smooth bore?
When: will you call another alarm, will you ventilate, start attack?

I'll start:

Who: Initial attack crew, search team (if manpower is adequate), salvage crew (if manpower is adequate).
What: 1 medium rescue, 2 engines, 1 water tender.
Where: vertical ventilation is key, search team will search closest to fire, salvage will begin deploying covers.
How: Our IC determines 2 1/2 smooth bore switch, most of our volunteers don't even know how significant this is. 360 walk around, evacuate nearby employees.
When: We will call out for more manpower, if none or little more members respond, we will call mutual aid to our fire. We would start attack whoever is first on scene.
