Default How to get SRT Leader off his arse?

We recently agreed to combine all local rescue teams into one SRT, however that is the last i heard of it. How can I get things in motion without stepping over my boundary?

I doubt anyone here has a clue what you're talking about, much like most other things you say.
Even the burger-flippers at McDonald's probably have some McWackers.

I find that bringing concerns to my direct supervisor is a good way to start.

A 4:1 haul system will lift most loads. The trick will be getting a harness on him while he is seated.
