I am looking to start a wellness program at my departmnet and was wondering if anyone had any such program they could share. I am looking for a sog maybe or program outline. I know I could spend a year reinventing the wheel of hopefully use what is working for someone else. Send any information to btello@wauwatosa.net if you can..
Thanks
Bryan

Workout Program.....
I highly recommend the P90X..... It's worked wonders for me. I do the workouts and then on top of that I have a Kettlebell workout that I do. When I am at home, I'll do the workout and then hit the punching/kicking bag, jog, bike, hike or some other activity.

Bryon,
We have developed several programs for our department, with much of the influence coming from crossfit. (crossfit.com) Feel free to email me, I'll be happy to share what I have.

you should just advise your subjects to try to stay in shape, like ask them to go to the gym every week and stop drinking and smoking. the right fitness program for a person may not be the right one for another. We differ when it comes to our metabolism, lifestyle, etc...

I love the irony of all this spam in the health & nutrition threads.

We have designed several applications for our division, with much of the impact arriving from crossfit. (crossfit.com) You can e-mail me, I'll be satisfied to discuss what I have.
