I think I have a majority of them. If I buy anymore I'm going to need a bigger house. Now as for different cabs from American Industrial Models is something I will have to check into.

What the heck is all this "free time" you guys keep goin on about? I've never heard of it before, I'm gonna have to ask my bosses, maybe they will know what it means

In all honesty, in the VERY little free time I have when I'm not either at my full time job, my part time job or here at the station doing some sort of odd job. I enjoy simply relaxing, and I acomplish that by tinkering with one of my computers. Building a model or playing a destructive video game. And on RARE occasions when I have a full day to myself, I go out with my buddies an play a game of airsoft. Always a good way to get out some frustrations.
Opinions expressed by myself here are just that, mine. And not that of ANY organization or service I am affiliated with.

What airport are you flying out of? I started out my lessons out of JYO, and did some flying out of OKV as well when I used to live in the dc area.

    Good luck on your checkride/written.

Aviation is my primary hobby outside of the FD. I have only the FAA written and checkride to do for my license once I have the money to do it. In the meantime, I keep up flying with friends, or on MSFS. I'm starting to get into the RC Helicopter world too, if I ever stop crashing it. Other hobbies include automotive and computer tech. So yeah, basically anything with wheels or a motor.

My truck is my other hobby. And yes this is my daily driver also.

Here it is on the dyno putting down 475hp and 818trq. I'm shooting for 500hp.

This is my winning pull from last summer. Pulled 288ft. I came within 2ft of beating a twin turbo Dodge and a twin turboed Duramax also last summer.

Nah, actually the history behind the old AT&T towers is amazing. We have one that has a tower, plus a 35k square foot nuclear bunker. We own a few between Maine and Colorado.

To do base jumping I would have to climb them. Not bloody likely.

And yes, over compensating! You peeked!

Do you ever visit Mooney Mountain? I've heard all sorts of rumors about that one.

How about the one on "the bluffs" near GMPG in Michigan? It used to have a partner, but that one's gone.

In the early days of cell phones, AT&T wanted to put cell equipment on that particular tower, but it sits in the middle of another telecon's territory and they apparently couldn't get any landline service to it...

The end of Patricia Drive Right? In the middle of Veterans park? Used to be THE place, AT&T called it Netcong. They could control the entire system there. They sold it to a company called "vital records" which does private records retention and storage.

It is a LARGE underground facility.

I made an offer when it sold, I am sure it gave someone a laugh!

Even when it was AT&T long lines it had that issue, they had to microwave in phone lines from AT&T area. Back then it was GTE (The Great Telephone Experiment) area.

Mounds OK was like that, all local phones were extensions off the PBX in downtown Tulsa. The only Contel phone assigned to Mounds was a phone in a metal box at the bottom of the hill on the way up. It was there for people to be able to call in if the road was too icy to get to work.

I remember two towers there when I was a kid - but I have no idea what the other one was.

Dad worked at the Proving Grounds.

There was a tower, that wasn't listed on that site (unless I missed it).

    Succasunna, NJ.

Rumored to have an underground facility under it... I believe the facility is now owned by some document storage company that does some archiving for the gov'ment.

    Any knowledge of it?
