    Default handy tool for extrication

    Hi Guys,

I have made an instruction video concerning the line tensioner for my colleagues in the Netherlands. In your country they called it the rope ratchet
This is the link : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t2v4oM9zIQo

I want to share this video with you because my personal view is that knowledge sharing is a worldwide process.
The most effective way to create a knowledge sharing culture is to have contact with the firefighters all over the world.

I will ask you to give me a feedback over this video.

    greetings from the Netherlands

    Captain Fons de Graauw

    Hi Captainfons

Your video shows some good uses for this tool. I especially like holding the door back while the vehicle is on it's side. As far as holding the roof back we usually spend a little extra time and take the whole roof off. Good job on the video

    Dave
