My Big O'le Buick Wildcat (1970) had a

    454

in it. It was the only 7 cylinder V8 engine I've ever known. #5 cyl had no compression in it, and all the seals leaked. Every couple of weeks I'd take it out on the highway and try and burn off some of the leak accumulations. Made a pretty kuul smoke show. And thats WITHOUT burning the tires off the line!

While I was in Germany, I was able to board and tour the Russian JULIETT-class U461 Submarine. Actually, it was pretty cool to see.

Year 471 (CDLXXI) was a common year starting on Friday of the Julian calendar. At the time, it was known as the Year of the Consulship of Novus and Probianus (or, less frequently, year 1224 Ab urbe condita). The denomination 471 for this year has been used since the early medieval period, when the Anno Domini calendar era became the prevalent method in Europe for naming years.
