At 718hrs, I found out that yes, it is anatomically correct, and the parts are interchangeable. Its a full trauma simulator and it cries, it snots its nose, foams at the mouth, makes chest and gut gurgles, has a pulse in all the required areas, gives really kuul heart and lung sounds AND allows taking a BP, and a whole host of deep trauma/advanced airway interventions. Very KUUL piece of kit, and I will be working with it next week, when we test out the Basic Medical Officer course.
