I am looking for anyone who's fire department provides services to state military ran facilities. My fire department previously provided services for a Military training facility and when the war started overseas they activated this base as a battle ready deployment, so this brings in DOD and civilian services. This ultimately took my department out of the picture. To make this short, we only charge about 10k annually for 24/365 service. Now rumor says that they are going to slow this base down and return back to way things were before. Not to get to deep into contract jargon, ours say we would provide service 24/365. But we are volunteer and we can't guarantee this. Any one have similar situations. I want to go to the admin of the facility and tell them to adequately provide service i need staffing.
If im in the wrong forum, please point me in the right direction
