I see on a lot of applications that they ask you if you have ever taken an illegal substance in your life and then you have to fill in ho many times, circumstances and how long ago. Lets say you smoked pot 2 times when you were 15 or 16. Would that disqualify you from being hired or effect the process?

Question About Hiring Process

Nope. However, remember there will be people equally as qualified as you that didn't smoke pot. So it has the potential to hurt you or it could have no effect at all.
Even the burger-flippers at McDonald's probably have some McWackers.

Smoking pot a few times will not disqualify you. Other hard drugs potentially will. So will selling drugs.

Smoking pot (rarely not chronically) probably wont hurt as long as you were a minor once you're 18 though than the decision is considered an adult choice not a child mistake.
