    Default New emission engine

    Hi all, New to the board and my first post but have been reading the forum section for awhile and have enjoyed, Anyway I am wondering how many of you have a truck with the new emission motor? We have a new truck on order and it will have the new engine (cummins) with SCR that will require DEF fluid and was wondering how it has worked and if anyone is having problems?

    This is coming from a junior FF who is great friends with the man who drives our new truck equipped withthe new engine from cummins. He says he can notice the difference and has had no problems yet. We just got it brand spanking new and it looks great. We haven't had it for over a few weeks but for now our drivers are satisfied with it! Good luck!
