Everyone that has been a Firefighter for a bit has had his/her fair share of nasty, unfair and just plain bad calls. I thought I'd ask around to see what you guys had in terms of the "glass is half full" stories. Calls that were rewarding, made you proud to be a FF, had a great outcome and ones you'll never forget and are clear as if they happened an hour ago.
