    Default Biddle physical vs CPAT

I have to take a pre-employment physical that resembles the biddle test. I have taken the CPAT a bunch of times and passed all. How much harder is the biddle? I have been training my butt off and the test is in 5 days. Any suggestions on how much I should or shouldn't train till then? Please any suggestions would be much appreciated.

I think the biddle is much more challenging. I don't even think it is close. With that said you are given more than enough time to get through the course. When I took it the majority of participants completed it at around the 1030 mark. Just dont have an energy dump too early as the last two events are the most challenging. Probably nothing more you can do at this point other to eat healthyu drink plenty of water and remain loose.

Thanks for the response. It looked tougher on paper. Then I looked on YouTube. I'll give it my all and try to remain loose.
